I would say you need at least 200 watts of solar and at least one lithium battery to keep it rolling, depending on where and when you camp. While it does a good job of keeping the grub at food-safe temperatures, it’s something you’re going to want to keep supplied with the Edison juice if you’re going to be off the grid.
